Typhoon Samuel going to Hit Central Visayas including Cebu - No Classes

Typhoon Samuel slightly intensifies and is going to hit Cebu and other Central Visayas areas August 20 - 21, 2018. Updates and storm signals is up in several areas including Cebu, Bohol, Leyte and etc.

Cebu government already ordered no classes from Grade school to High school.
Typhoon Samuel has a maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 65 kph
