For Solenn Heussaff, yesterday’s massive flooding in Roxas Boulevard which brought with it Manila Bay’s garbage, bears more importance than the driver-only car ban rule in EDSA.

For your children?)” asked the actress in a post via Instagram Stories yesterday, Aug. 11. Heussaff re-uploaded a video showcasing the “sea of garbage” that took the stretch of Roxas Boulevard yesterday.
